# I forgot my password- what should I do?


If you’ve forgotten your password  or simply want to set a new one,  you can easily log in using a one-time login link and then change your password in the portal.



## Log in with a one-time link

You don’t need a password to log in. Try this method first:

1. Go to [rightperson.com](https://rightperson.com)  
2. Click **"Log in"**  
3. Select **"Log in with email link"**  
4. Enter your email address  
5. Open the email we send you and click the login link  

📌 If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.



## Create or change your password after logging in

Once you're logged in with the link:

1. Go to **"Settings"**  
2. Select **"Your profile"**  
3. Click **"Create password"**  
4. Choose a new password and save  

You can now log in using your email and password next time, instead of the login link.



## Still not working?

If you don’t receive the email:

* Check your spam or junk folder  
* Make sure you’re using the correct email address  
* Wait a few minutes and try again
