# Import candidates using Excel


It's easy to import multiple candidates at once using a regular Excel file or Google Sheets.  
You must export/save the file as a standard **.xlsx** format (or as a comma-separated **.csv** file).



## 📌 Important before importing

* The file must be **properly formatted** and follow the template  
* **Department names** must be written exactly as they appear in the system, or you will receive an error  
* **Keep the column header**s exactly as shown in the template files
